I do not recommend. This agency was handling my account and payments. This company failed to informed me of a shortage regardless of having autopayment. The balance went through collections and this company just washed their hands by telling me "We wish to emphasize that our office extends the courtesy to notifying you in case of a delayed payment, but it is important to recognize that this is not an obligation." This company takes absolutely no responsibility when they drop the ball!!! Save your self the head ache and harassment from collection agencies because this company will not take responsability to make proper communication or notification with their clients.

*UPDATE: Company sent a harrasing email and threat below using intimidating tactics!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE- PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR TACTICS!!!! Email; "To address this, we firmly request your cooperation in either removing or amending the review to align with the accurate details of your experience." - I will not update or remove this review- this is how they fool people by keeping "positive reviews" ONLY- still not taking any accountability. BTW some of these 5 star reviews are employees that I worked with when they were handling my coverage.
