We would like to amend this review to say that once we posted this review, the company contacted us immediately and admitted that they were not able to provide good service to small businesses and were moving away from serving as broker for small businesses altogether. They also offered to help us transition to another broker.

It would have been helpful if they had told their small clients about the change to their business, instead of ignoring us. Ultimately we found our own new broker, but in the meantime, Gaspar has given us help with the transition. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Gaspar Insurance has the WORST customer service we have ever encountered. They truly don't seem to care if their customers stay or go. They don't return calls or emails, they don't apologize when they can't provide the service you need when you need it, they can't get policies done in time and when you have a difficult insurance question they just ghost you.

Pam is a superhero! I put Pam in an impossible position (tight turn around, difficult area to find coverage)… but somehow she was able to find us coverage even when others told us they couldn’t. From initially handling my auto and home insurance, Jeff helped me get health coverage quickly whenever I was in between jobs-- a MAJOR help when I had a medical emergency less than a week after a prior job's insurance ran out. His team helped me navigate easily through all the insurance bills and questions, minimizing my worries and preventing my total out of pockets to be FIVE TIMES what they would have been without coverage (seriously! thanks Jeff!!!).
