I visited the DMV to renew my registration (late) and the kiosk wasted 20 minutes and unable to function. At AAA I was really impressed. I was greeted, asked what I needed and my name immediately upon arriving. I never got to sit down before I was called. The girl was very friendly, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I was able to get my registration card, sticker, pay, and back in my car in under 15 minutes. The office was very clean, comfortable with air conditioning, and open seats to wait-which I never needed! I was very happy with my visit and how nice the staff were. Especially the girl who helped me with dark hair and shorter than the other girl. She used the last computer and she deserves a raise.

Don't use DMV services. They turnd my 65k miles car to 650k during tanfer had to go to the DMV to get if fixed. Make sure to triple check everything. And thats just one of my problems with them.

The agent was very professional and the service was quick and to the point.
I got an estimate for insurance which at my age and with my driving record of zero points I expected a much lower estimate.
I found the road side service very appealing and decided that I will get that service.
Over all I give a 4 star rating , if they lower the premium on their insurance I'll upgrade that rating to give stars..

The Customer Service Representative was very rude, she did not give me correct DMV information! I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, she was No better. At this point I will no longer go to AAA for DMV services. . .. I am very disappointed on the services as well as the treatment I received

To begin with its 50mins away from my location, so having to go there being the closest one I have is already a hassle, after they they asked me to either provide an ssn or a passport from America which I don't have because I'm Mexican, there was no point going there, after that I just went to a dmv machine in foodsco and got it done in less than 5 mins

A few months ago I visited the office for DMV business as usually the staff is great and I was quickly on my way. About four days later I received a letter from the AAA office. To my surprise I had lost my AAA card in the parking lot. Someone turned it into the office and the great staff mailed it to me. I had no idea I had lost it! Thank you to everyone in the Madera office for continuing to exceed my expectations!

I been to this insurance company in 2 separate occasions and each time I receive stellar service. I would like to point out that I new to the area and the young lady in the front by the name Alex really help even with find shelter. I am grateful to have found a good stablisment.
