Geico just raised my quote for the next period by a lot and I’ve been with them for a long time and I had no accident recently, so I didn’t understand why. I was looking to change insurance company. I called a few places, either was told I am ineligible or the rate was much higher. Nobody explained to me why until I called here. The lady over the phone was so helpful and explained to me because the insurance regulators that recently lifted the ban for insurance increases, that’s why I am seeing the increase. She also explained why most big players, State Farm, Allstate, etc no longer take new customer in CA because they were losing money because of the 3 year price increase ban after covid. If I had called her earlier, it would have saved me lots of time. I really appreciate her help and would highly recommend their business to anyone.
