26 emails with details, a lot of time on client's end spent to get home insurance and David went MIA. I've followed up 8 times over a course of a month and he completely disappeared. Clearly the follow up processes are not there and, generally, wouldn't want to spend hours and hours filling out tedious forms for CalFair plan insurance to have someone stop responding.

I originally got my insurance with Progressive through David and he helped me get a policy. Then there was some miscommunication and my insurance was canceled, and I guess David did not have the energy to deal with me so he told me to try Geico. It was a nice experience until he made me feel like a nuisance.
