I needed auto insurance and decided to come here because it's close to my residence and because of all the positive reviews. They were very welcoming upon entering. Jessalyn set me up with auto policies that fit my needs. She was very nice and took the time to explain all the details of my new policies. This review is beyond over due! Don Guzman's State Farm office is truly amazing! Previously, I was with AAA and my mother introduced me to Don and Jesse (Jessalyn) when I acquired my first home. After the homeowners policy, I ended up moving my vehicles over to them also. They sure saved me a bunch of money. Besides the money savings, I feel like the people there just treat you amazing and like family. Any time I need something, Jesse is my go to girl! She responds to me so quickly and so pleasantly every single time. Not only does she respond in that pleasant manner but it also so very caring in her responses. I got into my first motor accident a few years ago and she made the situation so peaceful and made sure I was okay. I can't say enough great things about her. Recently, I needed to replace my windshield and Jesse was always available to answer any questions I needed and provide updates for my claim. Another thing I love about Don's office is he and his team always reach out periodically to ensure that my policies have the coverage that is needed. If you're looking to change insurance providers, this is definitely an office you need to check out.

We weren't shopping for a new insurance agent; we weren't looking to change. But when our daughter told us about Jesse Pamani and how wonderful she is, we contacted her. We immediately made the change to State Farm. Not only are we saving money, but we are now receiving exceptional insurance services! Jesse is amazing. Changing from our prior insurance company to State Farm was seamless. Jesse took care of it all. We recently had to file a claim due to a cracked windshield. All we did was send Jesse an email with information, and before we knew it, there was a check in our mailbox. Again, she took care of every detail for us. Jesse stays in close communication with us and is pleasant, personable and extremely kind. She truly is the epitome of excellent customer service.
