I walked into the office last week and received such a warm welcome from the gentleman sitting in the front who works there. I had a little folder full of questions in which I needed explained to me. The gentleman there was so patient explaining everything to me line by line. I was so impressed by his customer service and how he went above and beyond to answer all our questions. I worked with Kelly to get my to get my new auto insurance policy. She was so easy to work with. She is friendly, professional and knows her stuff. Most importantly she has outstanding customer service (something that almost no longer exists elsewhere). I would recommend her to anyone who needs insurance. I have worked with a lot of insurance people personally however I got a hold of Jake. He's an upstanding gentleman and seems to treat you great you said his staff would too. Well I called them unannounced and ask him about apologies and went through it with them I end up buying the policy, and had everything transferred to Jake's office Kelly was the nicest lady. and if you ask her she knows how to catch a unique app ? "
