I've had my home and cars insured by these guys for years. they know the insurance business, they're honest, they work hard and treat people right. The homeowners insurance business in Central Cal mountains is brutal and sometimes ____ happens. Wes, Kevin and Patrick have bent over backwards to get the best policies possible for me. (12 Year Review) I have been using New Horizon Oakhurst for over 12 Years, They have always been there for me. They have helped me get different coverage, on multiple occasions. Sometimes sharing valuable information with me that I was not aware of. Sometimes offering me a better value plan than I could even find on my own research and quotes. I was misled by this agency and now I am scrambling to get insurance for my home before the old policy expires. I have one week before thanksgiving to find a new policy because I trusted them that they would be credentialed with CA fair plan as they said they would. They said the policy could be written and done in 24 hours. Apparently the plan is so busy it takes 2 weeks at this time. Thank you Tisha at Farmers in Coarsegold for helping me out!!!!
