After dealing with my prior flood insurance provider being absolutely terrible, I contacted my local broker to find a new company. They quoted me as finding companies online that were more than double what I paid before.

Extremely easy to get coverage. I of course haven't used the coverage and probably never will, I only have it because new mortgage co required it. Ive been here over 30 years with no flood insurance, really no need for any flood insurance here.
