Avoid this place at all costs.

Gabriel of the Washington branch is a sleazy scammer. He tried to get me to purchase another policy after I asked him to cancel an auto policy due to an accident and total loss. I also asked for his insurance license number and he refused to provide, asked to speak to his manager and he refused. I will be reaching out to the California Department of Insurance.

This place is great! They took my info and called me on my own time (which I appreciated) and then when I came in the agent who helped me, Chris, was really nice and so was his manager, Rudy. They really took their time helping me understand everything about the coverage I was getting. Then when I had a concern about my payment due date I called and spoke to Edgar was really also nice and patient. I would recommend!

Great service. I was referred by a family member and was stunned when Chris was able to get me a really good insurance quote. I had gone to other places and I was being charged an arm and a leg! Chris went out his way to find a great insurance coverage for a reasonable price! You guys are awesome!!!

Jonathan helped me , even tho I couldn’t come down in person to the office for personal reasons he made sure he can get me a quote through the phone and got me a pretty good price for 2 cars. Would definitely recommend his service! ?

Consistently I’ve tried to get service from this company and to no avail. They don’t follow up they treat you as if your time is wasteful. I would choose to deal with someone else before you waste your time. I also notice is predominately Latino and they get perfect service but me being of color I received below par. This is unacceptable.

I normally don’t write reviews because I expect good services and products when I’m paying for them, but when Jonathan Martinez at family insurance helped me out last Friday I was not only impressed at his customer service I, also found the best price for my vehicle with him. I highly recommend this place and would surely be seeing them soon again.

Every time I come I kick myself for forgetting to leave a review. Today I'm finally doing it. I come in every month and they are ALWAYS nice, love that they always greet me right when I walk in even when they've been super busy!

Avoid this place at all cost. Takes 1 hour just to get a quote. Constantly changing staff so most agents are always being trained and take 1 hour to come up with a quote and then have to get it approved by "supervisor". The worst is they charge $100 if you want to make any changes to your policy! THIS IS REDICULOUS! AVOID THIS PLACE or brokers like this
