The fact they automatically signed me up for auto pay, (which i dont ever recommend because companies will double charge you and charge you 2-3 weeks early) .and I did not have funds in my account. I was charge over 30 dollars extra for 2 months becuase they wanted to charge my card way before my bill was even do just doesnt sit right with me. I never asked to be on auto pay pluse my bill isnt due tell after the 20th every month and they charged me well before the 17th. Once again i never aaked to be on auto pay and they wont refund me for the extra charges.
