I recently switched my State Farm Agent to Pam Shelton-Allen’s State Farm office. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I’ve received so far, especially from my agent, Megan. Megan makes you feel valued as a customer and truly cares in the level of service she provides. I feel valued as a State Farm customer again based on how I’ve been treated so far. If you’re looking for a new agent or thinking about switching your current agent, you can’t go wrong with Pam Shelton-Allen’s State Farm office on Oakdale Road in Modesto. I have been with Megan and Pam for almost 10 years now. Anytime I am in need, Megan is ON IT. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and engaging with all of her clients. Whether in an accident, purchasing a new vehicle, or just wanting to review policy options, the customer service they provide is exceptional. Megan stays current with the market, and updates each of her customers should better options arise to accommodate their needs, ensuring perks and benefits never fall through the cracks. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service with any other insurance provider. I’ll never go anywhere else. Megan has always been the most helpful person for me with whatever i need and i really appreciate her and Pams other team members as well. Keep up the good work guys!

I tried to transfer my insurance to Pam Shelton-Allen State Farm in Modesto, but the front office staff's poor customer service made it a frustrating experience. I'll be going to Nick Winters in Modesto instead, as I've heard great things about his customer service. Crazy how Pam has so many five stars. I looked up some of the review names and it appears many of the names are associated with State Farm. Sad to think you’d have employees or friends and family do reviews for your business.

Had to write this review today so I’ve been going to Pam for 20+ years I had a friend call that goes through a different insurance company that got hit by a non insured motorist and is going to pick and pull rather than use her insurance never have I even had to thank of that Pam’s office is always there if you don’t understand something they’ll walk you through it this office is truly a blessing and makes my everyday so much easier thank you guys for everything you do

I highly recommend this office. I've been to different agents in the past, and have never been treated so well by Pam and her team. Pam's office is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've had nothing but positive experiences there. Laura is my go to person... she's very attentive and thorough and always makes sure my family is taken care of. She has all the answers from auto to life insurance. We have peace of mind knowing that we're taken care of no matter what.
