Rich is a true professional! He’s extremely knowledgeable about helping home owners get the money they deserve from their home owners insurance company. I was very impressed with his ability to work through the process in an expedited manner. Our home had a bad water pipe leak that caused a lot of damage . We were getting a lot of push back from our home owners insurance in regards to helping with damages and repairs. We were left with no running showers in our home for a little over 3 months . We were very frustrated and felt defeated with our insurance company because we were left with no answers from them and only “we are still looking into it”(for over 3 months). We were then referred to Rich Perea public adjuster. He must have been heaven sent to our family . He quickly took over the burden for us and contacted the insurance company and got that ball rolling immediately. He is a great advocate for his clients and goes above and beyond. He always kept us updated no matter how small the details were. He is always “just a phone call away.” We are blessed to have had him in our corner when we felt we had no more options. We highly recommend him to all our friends and family if they should ever find themselves in a bind as we were in.
