I was on the board of an HOA which contracted with CL Sigler and Associates for construction management services. Upon collecting the majority of the contracted service fee, Sigler failed to perform the agreed upon services, stopped returning phone calls or emails, and finally walked away. It was hard to tell if Sigler was the self-professed construction expert he promised to be as he failed to deliver a scope of work, contractors, or a single bid for our project. In our experience, working with Sigler proved to be a costly waste of time. I would recommend your not making the same mistake.
