"Just give me a couple days" What I heard every time I called to get an update on my tax forms. I have not had any issues here until this year.

I sent my forms on March 15. I didn't hear back for some time so I called many times a day to get an update.

April comes around and still no update. I went in person on 4/11 to drop off the check and my forms were still not ready. I went again on 4/13. There were so many people waiting who had previously sent in their documents and their forms were not ready. I waited all day in the office hoping my forms would be completed. Unfortunately, they were not completed. I filed for an extension and decided not to worry.

Throughout the summer I would call but no one ever picked up. Someone did answer on 6/4 and they told me they needed a copy of W2 (which I had previously faxed). So I emailed him the form and he said "give me a couple days". A couple days go by and no answer so I continued calling through the summer and no answer.

On 8/12 they finally called me saying that my forms were ready. However, they mentioned it would be $400 for their services but I told them Jason originally said it would be $100 and I had previously brought a check (which was cashed in early June). I understand, the cost goes up depending on your tax return but, not when told one price to begin with. Thankfully Jason honored the original price and mailed me my forms to sign.

Please look somewhere else to do your taxes.

Do not go here to get your taxes done. Jason never returns phone calls and cheats on your taxes. He doesn't even put his name on as the preparer in case you get audited. Taxes are due in in a couple of days and he won't give me back my tax statements I gave him so I can go somewhere else. I left a voicemail this morning and the recording was Jason which said today's date and that they were open until 3pm. I called back an hour later and the voicemail changed to say they were closed. Wow...

You're asking for trouble if you use this person to do your taxes.Great place to go if you want to cheat on your taxes. Don't expect support if you get audited. Jason does not list 4-star Consultants as preparer of your taxes.😐

Jason is the best at what he does!!! & his style is out of this world!!! He has been doing my taxes since I was 18 I am now 31 & still make the drive from Vegas to California just to see him & his beautiful wife!!!
