Esmeralda provided the best costumer service anyone could ask for. Especially for something as complicated and emotionally charged as getting health/dental insurance can be. Took her time to listen and answer any questions and did the best to help me find the right coverage. I very rarely take the time to post a review. But Jacob was possibly the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. He told me that he would call me back if my application needed additional information and, indeed, he called me back and my application was processed without any hitches. I am very grateful for his help navigating this process and his diligence following up until my application was approved. This follow up is so incredibly rare today.
