Customer for two years..they wanted my $ but no service call them at 9 am, call returned at 4 pm if at all. Nothing but
excuses from the staff.."we have never seen problems like this
in the insurance industry". Consumers know there is a crisis.
CS simply does not exist with this company. Do not recommend.

They have been horrible the last couple years. No call about declined payments no call about renewal or anything. They use 2 when I signed up then they took off my medical on my policy which only renteres insurance was suppose to only be deleted. Since then they have ignored me and last lady was rude took off my marriage discount after complaining about the removal that was not authorized. Rates got higher and higher every year plus after not renewing they never even called or cared about of I was gonna to renew or why once again my card wasn't working. Horrible customer service

Horrible. They don't return calls. My fire insurance has been cancelled. No notice provided and they won't return my calls. I have filed and complaint against them with the CA Insurance Commissioner.

No notification on policy changes or billing. They don’t call to notify about anything. Call multiple times & I can’t get a call back & when they finally do answer they aren’t able to help. Oh & a quote can take 5 days to be completed while people are without insurance…

I've been with this company for at least 35 years, but the ownership changed. They used to be great when the previous owner had the business. They always returned my calls and took care of my insurance needs.

Now much of the time I can't even get a return phone call. I don't think the level of competency is the same. I transferred my policies elsewhere. I wish them luck. Perhaps they will get it together.

Ran work ethics are amazing! 20 years ago he saw a naive very young married couple, with a little baby boy. He took the time to educated us on the policies, in detail. Helped us get the best policy, which at the time was looking like something we couldn't afford. Until we met Mr. Jacobs. Insurance for young drivers with a couple of accidents isn't cheep. Ran made it affordable. We got older and changed insurance company, yet Ran has always been there. Still giving me trusted advice. Today its for guidance, that little baby boy needed his own insurance, and Ran is still there for us.
