Recently the area I live in was rated a higher risk for wild fires and Allstate had to cancel my home policy. Mike went right to work to make sure I would continue to be covered while he explored every option to get me the best coverage for the best price. This included getting the best separate fire insurance policy and the best wrap around policy to cover all other potential losses. He also worked on getting me new earthquake coverage at the best possible price. He went above and beyond doing much of the work on his own time. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about insurance and it is very comforting to know that he and his firm are always in your corner. whether it is getting insurance coverage or making a claim.

I have worked with Mike Krupka (and his predecessor at Allstate) for 30 years. He has always been responsive and has advised me very well about a variety of insurance matters--as well as some other matters regarding our home that were very helpful (e.g., getting an attic fan to help reduce cooling costs). When we've had a few losses (either due to theft or to a major electric surge that took out the electrical appliances in half the neighborhood), Mike and his Allstate team were very responsive. They've paid fairly and not given us a hard time, unlike what I hear about so many other insurance companies.
