Customer service was kind but ultimately Allstate as an organization is horrible. I previously had a motorhome policy and can no longer get it reinstated due to new laws but they are honoring people who maintained their motorhome policies. It's totally arbitrary and unfair while putting motorhome owners in a position to be in violation of the law.

The customer service was direct but comfortable. Questions were answered clearly and the options for additional considerations presented with a format to learn. Sales pitches were at a minimum. The office staff looked forward to helping in any way possible to ensure our insurance coverage needs were developed to our satisfaction. The time spent with the staff provided a very satisfactory experience.

I love Allstate, We have our Renter's Ins policy through this office and they make is so convenient to make payments and changes to your policy online and prices are amazing as well as great customer service from all the ladies there in the office. Would totally recommend this office for all your insurance needs. =)
