I have been using Engle & Associates for a number of years now and they are outstanding!! Travis who is in the Morro Bay office always makes so easy to renew my policies. I have used Engle Insurance for over 10 years now. They handle all of my insurance needs (aside from health), from Auto, Home, Commercial, Umbrellas, Rentals and Business’s. I work with Wendy Bates for personal insurance and Jayne Engle for Commercial/Bussiness Insurance’s directly. They entire staff is very professional and always put our needs first. They have become part of our family and I have recommended them to several friends looking to switch or get new insurance. The fact that they are local and understand our unique area makes Engle Insurance the best in the area.
(My only complaint is the music if you are temporarily on hold...)

My business has been insured through Engle and Associates in Morro Bay for four years. I have always been treated in the most professional manner by everyone there. No matter who I call for help, my problem is addressed without delay. When I have messed up, forgot to take care of insurance requirements, delayed, whatever, I always receive a professionally prepared letter with all the details provided. In moments of panic, I can call and have someone help me over the phone right then. I can't imagine finding a better brokerage for my business insurance.
