Wow. What can I say after having the most professional, thorough, and concise insurance quote and purchasing process ever. We have used State Farm for years and this current rate was out of control. I called all around town, via google, referrals, pigeons, I asked any and everyone. Thankfully a nosy woman at the 99 cents (thats not 99 cents anymore) store heard my phone conversation and directed me to what she referred to as Hope Insurance.

So off I began on a mission to find these "nice gals at Hope." Thankfully she did give me a contact name which was Lucy who she said she believed was the manager. After multiple wrong numbers, I finally reached Lucy at HOLT Insurance, and boy was she right. This young lady walked me through all the document and info she needed to get me the best possible price for my homeowners insurance. As I have a pretty complicated order, she needed to call me back. Upon returning her missed call, imagine my delight to learn not only had she gotten me a much lower rate, she also stated that insurer would make it even lower if I packaged it together with my car insurance.

I cannot be happier with the service and the rate for my policy. I am saving over $1000 or more because of the diligence of this young woman. My only regret is that the insurer required me to remove ALL the mulch away from my house. My gardener charged my $225, so I guess I saved $800ish or more.

Thank you Lucy and HOPE (haha) insurance for all of your help. You guys are the best. As I told you the other day, I am telling everyone who will listen to an old woman about my experience!

Holt Insurance is my go-to insurance agent for all of my vehicles! The owner and her team handle three different policies and about five to ten different vehicles for me at any one time. They are fast, readily available, responsive, and always work to get me the best rates. They don't just run one insurance quote, they compare and contrast multiple different offers to get you a killer deal and then immediately get you your policy and insurance cards delivered. I recently went to purchase a new vehicle and called Holt Insurance on my drive to get it. Within 15 minutes I had a perfect policy and my proof of insurance I needed to give the dealer was right in my email. I wouldn't ever go anywhere else to get my policies!

Holt Insurance is and has been my go to for insurance for years. I am particularly happy today because I have recently moved and made new vehicle purchase. In the midst of buying my new home, my lender purchased insurance for me. I immediately contacted Angie Holt and shared with her that I had a deadline and a need for insurance that was an exact match of what the lender offered. Imagine my excitement, when Holt was able to keep the carrier and lower my rate dramatically. I could not be happier.
