We were former customers of Mark Beguelin office for 20 years, that was an incredible staff! They always answered their phone and always helped without any issues. He recently retired, and we were switched to Bernie. I can't believe how horrible the service is here, they never answer their phone and aren't regularly in the office if you decide to go in person. I purchased a new vehicle on April 1st, and they have yet to respond to my request to change vehicles or my voice messages. I spoke with another agent yesterday and was told to call the office after hours, and I'll be directed to the central office, nope theirs goes to the same voicemail that they never respond to. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I'm not sure how this office still has clients. Of course I'm trying to switch agents now to one that will assist their customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Very disappointed in these guys. We were customers for years and recently things started going down hill. They eventually non renewed me, and I thought it was for an accident 3 years ago so I took it as it is. I start shopping around for insurance, and turns out I was non renewed because they mixed up my fathers and I license number and put a few claims of his under my license number.
Now everyone is charging me an arm and a leg, so I ask for a Letter of Experience that everyone is requesting to insure me. It's been over 3 months and I have yet to receive anything from them. They have completely ignored us at this point and I'm stuck paying $925 a month even tho I haven't had an accident or ticket in over 3 years.

Run far far away from these guys. They non renewed me and lost me entirely as a customer because they refuse to correct the problem. If they fixed these two claims, I would have a clean record and I'd probably be insured with them.

We have used this office for our home and vehicles for several years. Their prices are significantly less than our previous insurers. They are always professional and quick to respond. They always answered our questions and made any policy changes correctly. I would highly recommend This office.

Worst insurance experience. State Farm website and app are terrible and never work. Setting up recurring payments here was a disaster, you never meet Bernie, and you only deal with the front desk woman Roxane who never responds to emails or picks up the phone. Huge pain, was on hold for an hour to make my payment. Because the website doesn't work I have to do this every single month. Take your business elsewhere.
