They messed up my paperwork when opening my account, they lost the paperwork I signed to correct the issue, they threatened me with closure of my accounts if I don't come down there to resign the papers, and their robot hung up on me when I called to figure out what was going on. I'm disabled, and the nearest branch is in another city.

Russ and Monica provided great customer service when opening an account. They were short staffed but accommodated us without an appointment. I appreciated the flexibility as I traveled there from out of town. We were also flexible in return and that always helps the overall experience.

I made an appointment to open a savings & checking account. They declined to allow me to use the rest room after the appointment. I’m 74 and I was ‘very uncomfortable’ rushing to a grocery store to use their facilities. This bank continues to disappoint me!

This bank branch is unfriendly for business banking. Taking care of your business takes excessive amount of time. Bank employees and manager are taking decisions based on “bank rules” seems to be different each time and can’t be proved to be based on any written document. The only plus for this place is that it is there where other banks are not well represented.

When I first started at this branch they were so customer oriented. I went as I was so frustrated with Bank of America for this very reason. Now, everything is a hassle. They can’t help me at the branch and tell me to talk to customer service. Customer service tells me I need to go to the branch. Banking shouldn’t be HARD ! They are using OUR money!!

They always hold checks, you cant just walk in and cash a check. Been banking there for a year and direct deposit works fine after the first check is held, but any other checks... get put on hold! They say it takes about 24 hrs but they have up to TEN DAYS to release YOUR money!!
Not happy at all, will be finding a different bank!

I always have a great experience here. Bankers and tellers are very helpful. Serena even pulled a chair up for me at the teller desk when my back was hurting :))
