Traveled from East Texas to pick up an order for a job... upon loading materials into the truck with half assed "help", one of the metal sheets bent. This is not acceptable for the commissioned project that it is intended for, so I requested that it be replaced with one that wasn't deformed.
Ended up talking to several people about how to fix this mishap and was given excuses and blame and had to pay out of pocket for a new one.
Definitely not concerned about keeping a good client relationship or even future business.
Poor costumer service skills and lack of responsibility.

Ordered a sheet of 316 stainless, was given 304 stainless. I tried to return it or at least exchange for the correct metal. The saleswoman Margarita ducked me for a few days, and then told me it's too late to do anything about it. Also the staff at will call is practically non existent, hope you got some time on your hands if you go here. So be prepared to deal with incompetence and horrible customer service if you want to do business with this company.
