I would never advise you to deal with this insurance company! While talking on the phone, they reflect the extra of the monthly fee you agreed on to your bill. This is not a mistake, they are deliberately deceiving you. I will replace it as soon as possible and deal with another insurance company.

They over charged me by 1,200 dollars but are to busy to assist me in canceling the over charges. Quick to take your money but slow to give it back it’s been three days and I can’t get anyone to assist me

Took a long time to get coverage. Then didn't get my info right. Partially my fault.
Charged more money than stated and didn't give a receipt. Still don't understand my policy or coverage and added roadside service was wrong for my vehicle and was horrible to use. Took 3 days to get my truck towed when it broke down.

The insurance company is horrible. Although the charges was more than any other company I've researched, they allowed a reoccurring payment of an insurance I canceled. The lady who was helping me said my previous insurance was cancelled, then I get a significant reoccurring payment that I did not authorize! Customer service and the entire company is horrible! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
