Good place, Office lady Davina very nice and sweet. Fast check in, yellow taco truck arrived 615 am to buy food, fast unload!! 😃 No overnight parking😫 and no stagger parking only two bad things!

Place it’s good I come here once a week if you’re late for ur appointment call an hour before at least to try to avoid late fee….

This place does not have any overnight parking. Everything is occupied with their company trailers.
Was late for my appointment, worked me in with no question asked.
Restroom inside.
Nice people over all.

3 stars because the lot is not made for more than six trucks to stage at a time, it is also inconvenient that box trucks will park there tiny little trucks in full spots where truck and trailers are supposed to be. Most of the time the spots that are for staging have dropped trailers in them waiting to be moved to doors by random minuteman drivers. Unload took six hours, at least they were really nice inside. Luckily the bathrooms for women are locked so there is no chance of guys getting in and making the bathroom nasty. Love that for us women.

Property shared by Minuteman Trucking & Americold Cold Storage. If here for Americold check in by Dock Door 19. But, if here for Minuteman Trucking check in at Shipping and Receiving door by dock door 1. Small parking lot, not much room to park. But their are 6- 8 spots for Minuteman or park on street. Minuteman staff is friendly. I got here 1 hour and 33 minutes early. And an hour later I got the call for the dock door.

Love this facility lady in side was very nice .I was 2hr early she willing check me in and gave me door .at no time I can feel my trailer rocking.in N out .thank you
