Coastal Risk Management did an amazing job with our remediation needs. Raul did a great job managing the project, our timelines, and setting expectations. He also went above and beyond when we needed help in an emergency situation.
The entire crew was courteous and respectful to both myself and my wife and she actually made a point to tell me how nice and pleasant the guys were.

When we got the bad news that we needed to have asbestos removed from two bedroom floors, our realtor recommended we call Fred Ananian at Coastal Risk Management. Fred made a bad situation easier for us by thoroughly explaining each step in the timeline and once we tested clear, he made a special trip to our home so we could at least come in and do our laundry. We are now asbestos-free! His other company, Coastal Construction Services does renovations and if we ever decide to renovate our home, Fred's our guy!

Jack Ananian has done a couple inspections of our house, including after an episode of severe water damage.
