I’m not the type of person that leaves review but the way I was treated here by the receptionist was very disrespectful unprofessional, she doesn’t have the manners to treat customers…i dint receive the full amount of my tax refund and when I called to try to talk to the person Who File my taxes the receptionist acted very defensive, rude, and unprofessional.

The absolute slowest and worst service. So unprofessional! Miguel doesn’t respond to texts, I had to ask questions and ask for updates multiple times. After almost a YEAR, he said he was too busy and to schedule an appointment to finish in person. So I did and the ghetto girl at the front schedules me on the wrong date! I called to confirm my appt (because they’re not professional and don’t do reminder calls) and they didn’t own up to messing up my appointment. They expected me to wait another month. Just to tell me what they wouldn’t even be able to finish my taxes because they were still waiting on documents from the state. After a year? No. They’re just really bad all around and don’t take accountability or apologize for messing up and not responding to texts or giving updates. I’m happy to pay a CPA for fast and professional work

I love this place to do my taxes. I go here every year to get my tax return done, and I’m always happy with the outcome. Miguel and his staff are very professional and quick. I didn’t fully understand how taxes work, but he broke everything down for me and help me understand why I’m getting the refund.
