These guys responded quick and got damage under control. They handled everything from my insurance to mitigation and packing and moving. Paul was great at organizing everything and keeping me informed. He got here within 30 minutes of my call and even called a plumber and got him there right away too. The packers were respectful and a pleasure to have in my home. Thank you for all your work. Would definitely use them again.

We recently had a water leak in the wall of our home. We knew that we would call New Life, as we used them previously to remediate mold on the exterior of our home complete a total repaint. That experience told us what a reliable, professional company they are.

From the beginning to completion we knew we were in capable hands. We had several workers come out through the process, but Saul and Isaac came multiple times and returned in the end to hang pictures and move furniture back into place. They, as with all employees, were always friendly, respectful, and professional.

We can't miss mentioning Rita. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. She kept us informed and was always willing to answer our questions. We would highly recommend this company.

We discovered a water leak/mold damage in our kitchen. I contacted New Life to get an estimate and time frame of when work would start/finish. Everyone from the office (Rita) to the guys that showed up at the house were very professional, courteous and helpful. Paul arrived at my house on a Tuesday, gave me an estimate (very reasonable) and started work at 8:00 am on Thursday. Paul, Johnathan, Moe and Isaac were prompt, neat and efficient, never leaving a mess when they left. I highly recommend New Life and their entire staff.

We had water and mold damage on our house-we choose new life Restoration to do ALL the work from demo to rebuild; it is a choice I am happy we made. The entire team worked tirelessly to make it happen thus making the nightmare experience bearable. Miguel, Angel and Paul were efficient in the pack out/back and truly treated my belongings with care as if their own. Nick had countless days where he was working at the other side of the county and made it a point to come work on my house daily to ensure progress was made. Tony, although new to the team, is not new to the field. I was amazed at how quickly he accomplished tasks and appreciate that he was always friendly and smiling! Raquel spent countless hours and emails dealing with my insurance company and was always on top of it. And finally last, but definitely NOT least, is Deborah: I can NOT say enough about the amazing job she did. From spending hours helping me figure out plan of attack, to reassuring me it would all work out when we hit bumps with insurance, to just her overall friendly demeanor. She wears that hat of many employees and sacrifices personal time to help clients -something that seems lost in the rest of the business world. New Life Restoration is a great choice to make for all water, mold and remodeling needs-I would definitely use them again! Thanks for getting me through!

Best quality of work and service ever. We. have had New Life paint our home, do a mud room /laundry room remodel and come repair home after a major water leak. From the office to the crew doing the work this is top notch. They also assisted with the insurance claim which helped us recover more funds for repair. The assistance and work done by Tiana, Deborah, Cory, Jesse, Aaron and Daniel. was exceptional and always kept up to date on what was going to happen.
