Would give 0 stars if I could. They have what looks to be a child running things behind the front desk who doesn’t know what she’s doing, and needed another employee to walk her through step my step in registering my screening. She also forgot to give my ID back, which I had to ask for, and would have walked away without if I hadn’t remembered. Also spelled my NAME wrong and wrote down the wrong birthdate on the form I have to give my employer! Whole process took way longer than it should have, too!

Also tried calling four times for information before coming here, received a “voicemail box full” message three times until someone finally picked up. Staff chatted with each other instead of working or trying to resolve our issue. Just completely unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give a 0 I would! Place is so bad! Had an appointment and they told me it was a 5 hr wait. Like what? With an appointment!!! One of the guys behind the desk said they have to take injuries first because it’s like a hospital! I thought that was ridiculous!

Slow and apathetic. Changed the workers comp policy and didn't tell any of the associated businesses. When I went to treat my aspiration of acid, I first had to spend an hour rectifying this, emailing HR back and forth. Then 30 minutes in the waiting room. 5 minutes with the doctor, they said I needed the xray, but too many people here (because they didn't tell my company of the policy change) so I need to go elsewhere. Nowhere else takes this workers comp. Fingers crossed I don't develop an edema.

If I could give you zero stars, I would! The doctor cleared my husband to start working, but over a week later, HR got a call from the place that my husband needed medical accommodation, which is BS because he's never needed one for anything, and he is very healthy! Now, the doctor no longer works there, and we have to wait for them to reach out to him to see why he put that in his chart! Now, my husband can't work until this gets cleared up! Very unprofessional!

They are soooooooooo rude Jesus Christ, its like they get paid to be rude. The doctor tried to mention religion to me, extremely unprofessional. The doctor also disregarded my pain, he told me i was fine and barely checked out my injury. Front desk man was being an A-Hole. Its insane this place is still open.

0/5 rating. Seen 3hrs past appointment time. Stole $250. Declared my physical as invalid. Forced me to come again a 3rd time. Please don't step foot in this facility.

this place always leaves me speechless. bills for care not performed, bills us for the incorrect patients, and often times performs the incorrect tests so we have to send our employees back multiple times. most recently, i was in a roll over vehicle accident at work. my boss called them to ensure we would be okay to be seen. they confirmed that they would be able to see us. after about an hour of speaking to police and arranging for a tow truck, we drove out to Akeso. although an hour had passed, we arrived around 3:00, which we figured was fine since they were open until 5. however, when we arrived, we were very rudely told that even though they are OPEN UNTIL FIVE, they only accept patients until 3, and the woman at the front desk tried to blame it on my boss for not communicating that we would not be teleporting there. so they turned us away after being in a rollover car accident. in a convertible. even though they would be "open" for another two hours. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. they are so careless and do not care about their patients/clients in the slightest.

Unfortunately, this clinic is the only place in the county that offers the services I need, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. After my initial test, I tried multiple times to book a follow-up appointment, but no one ever answered the phone. When I finally had my appointment, I was made to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time, even though I had already been charged well in advance. To make matters worse, there was no apology for the long wait. This level of service is unacceptable.
