The guy on the phone at the store wasn't nice. He did seem very busy as I was on hold for any 10 min or more. The technicians who came to my office were SUPER nice. Wonderful people. The glass was hard to get out. They had to break it to get it out. They gave the car a quick vacuum but left glass particles on most of the interior, exterior surfaces. They also left glass all over the driveway which I needed to clean up.
I'm worried the first time I run the defrost, or drive the car with the windows open, I'll get glass in my eyes.

Safelite has been around for a long time and I chose them because I’ve seen their ads for years. I wasn’t disappointed. The technician, Tino, was friendly and very professional. He arrived early and worked efficiently and finished in less time than estimated. My experience was effortless on my part and I’m very satisfied with the result.

Joshua and the staff worked diligently to get my glass replaced in a timely manner. Very straight forward with how long and extend of work it would take to accomplish plus having numerous other vehicles to be serviced. Yet still was done in a timely manner. While waiting at the shop I was very comfortable. Once it was done the quality of the work was great!! All around experience was great and would take all my vehicles to Joshua again.

From my first call to Safelite regarding my windshield replacement to the drive-away I felt confident with them. Carrie, Josh, Daniel all were helpful, pleasant, and professional. They explained everything that had to be done and how I should prepare; took care of dealing with my insurance; and came through with an EXCELLENT from me. I am so happy with the workmanship and finished product. I definitely recommend going to them if you need auto glass.

I had my windshield replaced, phonemenal service! From check in to check out everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly. They make the process very easy. The manager was super friendly and helped check me out as well. I like that they are a well organized team. Would definitely recommend.

What an awesome service! I have no idea that not only do they come to where I am at for free to replace my auto glass, but it has a lifetime guarantee. Great service and experience technicians will respond to calls and text. It’s awesome.

We had Safelite replace the windshield on our Jeep. The technician, Tristan, was awesome!! He was actually a little early, and was very professional. Tristan was obviously very well trained and experienced. It was very surprising how quick one person can change a windshield.
If, pray not, we ever have to replace a windshield again we will definitely use Safelite! And if possible, get Tristan for our technician.

Like most people caught a chip due to some road debris. I reached out to Safelite and scheduled for a in person at home service. Matthew both called and texted when he was on his way. I asked him to text me when he got here so I could come meet him. Matthew then went over all the ins and outs of the service he was going to perform and what to expect after and during. Matthew was done in about 25 minutes and he did such an amazing job, I couldn’t even see where the crack was. I was super pleased with the overall service and Matthew‘s attitude definitely a bright spot after this whole ordeal.
