Had a fantastic experience with these guys. A tree fell through my building, and I had no idea how to even begin processing such a tremendous claim. They were responsible, reliable, and completely awesome and walked me through the entire process. Couldn’t have done it without them. I cannot recommend them more highly!!!! A++++

Lee Ellis was so helpful from the first day, he made sure my electric was turn back on for the refrigerator's and got a lock box for the front door so contractors and inspectors could get inside. The next day Lee was back introducing contractor, fire inspector and contact for his office. He made sure I did not have to pay for the hotel, his office got in contact with my insurance company and after a week I was in a very nice rental of my choice. Lee was very pleasant to talk with and made sure I was introduced to his boss William, who told me if I had any problems to call him directly. Do not believe fake reviews. This company is a group of scammers. We had a claim related to a fire, and they promised that we could receive $200,000 in building compensation, but in the end, we receive less than 10k and were kicked out by the insurance company. They also promised $300,000 in compensation for our business, but we didn't receive a penny. What I received was that the insurance premium increased only because this company mishandled the case. Agent doesn't answer calls, and when we manage to talk to the CEO, he just lies about connecting us to the agent. Be careful of this fraudulent company.

Apex stepped in during my loss, upfront with length of time the claim could take to settle. Always answered our questions, so we never felt forgotten about. Glad they dealt with Insurance so I didn't have to. Wife is happy.
